You are only billed for the time we spend on your project.

 

Do you offer retainer packages?

No, we believe this format of charging the client retainer packages is not fair to the client.  The very nature of a Virtual Assistant is for you to use them when you need them.  If you only use a Virtual Assistant for 10 hours one month but you have a retainer contract for 20 hours, you are billed for the 20 hours.

To help you budget for our services, we offer a Guaranteed Not To Exceed package.

 

How often will you charge me?

We charge you at the end of each month.  You will receive an e-mail from us with an invoice in PDF format stating the number of hours we have worked for you at our agreed upon rate.  We will give you a link to pay via PayPal.

 

What method of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal.  Through PayPal you can make payment using any major credit card or
through your own PayPal account.  We also accept business checks, money orders and of course cash, if local.


Who do you work with?

We primarily work with real estate agents, but will assist small businesses, writers, or anyone who needs administrative support services.

 

How do I cancel?

You may cancel at anytime.  However, you must pay for the services we have performed for you.
