Our Not To Exceed package is a way to work with you to ensure you get the most for your money. This package means you can approve a maximum number of hours per month for our administrative support services. If we work fewer than the maximum number of hours approved, then you are only billed for the number of hours we work. If we are about to exceed the approved maximum hours, then we will contact you for approval to proceed or stop for the month and continue the following month.
Here are two examples of how a Not To Exceed package works.
1) You have authorized us to work ten (10) hours a month. You give us work to do that only takes five (5) hours to complete in a specific month. You are billed for five (5) hours.
2) You authorize us to work ten (10) hours a month. We are about to go over that ten (10) hours of allotted time. We stop our work and notify you via e-mail and give you an estimate of how much more time we need to finish your work. You decide if you would like us to continue working that month, or save the work for the next month.
